She has worked in several important transactions, both nationally and transnationally, following negotiations on commercial contracts and cross-border deals.
Her experience also includes advice and assistance to lenders and borrowers (banking and non-banking financial institutions) multilateral, sovereign and private, for public or private projects, in the most varied forms of financing. She also deals with regulatory issues related to banking and capital markets.
