Douglas E Levanway

Career

Doug Levanway's practice consists primarily in serving electric utilities and energy companies in a broad range of areas. His practice includes representing electric utilities before the Mississippi Public Service Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), assisting nuclear utilities with investigations involving the Office of Investigations of the NRC, representing utilities and individuals in “whistleblower” cases brought with the Department of Labor, and performing independent assessments of safety culture related issues for utilities. His practice also includes general employment litigation and environmental issues and litigation.
