Advises with respect to M&A, finance, governance and media matters, including team sales, league-wide financing arrangements, stadium financing, media agreements and sponsorship arrangements. Represents other corporate and private equity clients, including Bacardi Limited, in broad array of M&A, finance and governance matters.
