Mr. Sawyer is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and enforcement. His litigation experience includes patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, antitrust, and breach of contract. Mr. Sawyer’s clients cover a broad range of industries including supply chain management, aerospace, consumer electronics, gaming, food and beverage, medical device, medical foods and dietary supplements and oil and gas exploration. He also regularly counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property procurement and protection.
