Dragan Dameski is one of the founders of DDK Law Firm. He is head of the General Business Law Department in DDK and has more than 20 years practice in M&A, project finance, project development, restructuring, foreign investments, and energy projects. Dragan has been acting as a leading partner in all complex cross border financial matters advised by DDK Law firm, also he has extensive experience in advising the cross-border finance projects lead by DDK.

From the earliest beginning of the developing of the free economic zones in North Macedonia, Dragan has been engaged by major international corporations entering the zones in North Macedonia, representing them in the negotiations with the Governmental authorities and helping them building their business in North Macedonia.

Dragan’s wide experience also includes advising clients on variety of legal matters covered by general business law in deferent industries including, energy, automotive industry, finance and banking, telecommunications, consumer products, real estate.
