Duarte Brito de Goes is Partner in the Banking and Finance and Projects practices. He is primarily a transactional lawyer who provides local and cross-border legal counselling to corporate clients, credit and financial institutions and investment funds. With vast experience in structured finance deals, namely project financings of large infrastructure, he has also been very active in the past twenty years in the renewable energy sector. He has been heavily involved in several debt restructurings, security enforcement and insolvency procedures.
