Described by clients as “‘impressive” and “clearly knows his way around the Singapore courts’”, Eddee has been engaged in some of the most significant cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. Key highlights include the judicial management of well-known water-treatment company, Hyflux Ltd, the restructuring of Asia Pulp & Paper, and the application of a scheme of arrangement for Drydocks group of companies (subsidiaries of Dubai Ports World).

Eddee has also acted for international clientele in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial litigation.
