Edward is the head of practice for the employment service to trade unions and staff associations, in the award winning team at Slater and Gordon. Edward specialises in all aspects of individual and collective employment, acting for a wide range of unions, staff associations and their members. He advises on all aspects of industrial relations and trade union law; including advising clients in respect of their negotiations with employers and on proposed new legislation (most recently GDPR); representing Unions before the Certification Officer; advising on and drafting trade union rule books. His wide ranging practice also includes professional negligence, and public/administrative law in the employment-related field.
