Elahe practises exclusively in the field of personal injury, acting for both claimants and defendants, in claims involving serious and catastrophic injury, complex medical evidence and high injury awards.

She is committed to working within a legal team together with her solicitors, and Leading Counsel in catastrophic claims. She has acted in and/or advised on claims including employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents (including fatal accidents). Her cases have involved injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, Le Forte II fractures, chronic pain and complex orthopaedic injuries.

She has consistently been recognised as a Tier 1 leading junior in the Legal 500 for personal injury and clinical negligence. She is described as: having a “strong technical knowledge in her area of work. In addition, she is very client focused, which means she is good at ensuring client needs are addressed and explained to clients clearly when in conference or representing at court” (2023); she is considered “approachable and pragmatic, diligent in pursuing her case without pressing hopeless points” (2022); “very thorough and she will take the time to review cases properly and discuss them at length” (2021); “highly skilled when questioning experts” (2020); and “she has an in-depth knowledge of personal injury matters” (2019).
