Elena Ryolo advises Italian and foreign clients on all aspects of employment law. She also assists employers operating in different business sectors in connection with restructuring and personnel downsizing procedures, including Trade Union consultations and with respect to the implementation of social and unemployment programs. She has gained specific expertise in labour and industrial relations issues related to transfers of business, mergers, and outsourcing processes.

Elena assists multinational and domestic groups in the definition of agreements with their top management, both on commencement and upon termination of their employment relationships.

She also supports clients with regard to the regulation of retention and incentive mechanisms, both on an individual and collective basis, as well as of non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality covenants, often dealing with specific issues related to their implementation in foreign jurisdictions.
