The law firm is a certified WBE and consists of a team of all female lawyers. Garvish Immigration represents a number of large corporations and international entrepreneurs on employment based immigration visas such as H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, TN, PERM Labor Certifications, and more. Elizabeth specializes in all areas of employment based and family based immigration matters with a focus on medical immigration matters including all issues facing foreign medical graduates and their employers.
