Emily is an Associate in our Manchester Divorce and Family Law team. She has expertise dealing with divorce and financial matters, private children law, domestic violence injunctions and financial claims for unmarried individuals under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 and The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
Emily studied law at the University of Nottingham. She qualified as a family law solicitor in September 2016. She joined Clarke Willmott in October 2018.
