Emily C. Ward is a Partner in Continuum's Litigation Practice. Her practice concentrates on white-collar defense and civil litigation including healthcare, business, environmental litigation, government investigations, and more. Recent successes include a complex federal environmental jury trial, representing individuals before medical boards, and negotiating successful resolutions in cases involving RICO allegations, cybersecurity and tax fraud investigations, and public corruption.
