Highlights of her recent instructions include acting for the lead group of Claimants in the challenge to the Home Secretary’s Rwanda policy, acting for the CMA in connection with its investigation into the merger of Meta and GIPHY, and acting for the Independent Monitoring Authority in connection with a series of cases relating to the continued application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights post-Brexit.
