Eric’s close collaboration with both producers and publishers of cultural content, and the companies that make it available to the public – broadcasters, distributors, on-demand audiovisual services, and professional associations – gives him an in-depth understanding of the issues and enables him to develop practices suitable for the digital environment while protecting creative works.

His experience in setting up new business models, in negotiating agreements and acquiring innovative companies, as well as in intellectual property litigation, ensures that he has long-term client loyalty. He is regularly called upon by international media groups as well as French companies.

Eric’s expertise is recognised in the main rankings where he appears in the top categories in Chambers, Legal 500, Best Lawyers, IP Stars and Décideurs, as co-leader of the department.
