Eva Kempenaar is co-head of the Financial Regulatory team at De Roos, where she focuses on financial market supervision, with particular expertise in FinTech.
With extensive experience advising financial institutions, Eva has guided clients on market entry, license applications, Dutch supervisory reviews, governance, compliance, and anti-money laundering regulations. She supports clients throughout the full lifecycle, from market entry and product development to ongoing compliance with EU regulations, managing regulatory disputes, and facilitating exits.
Eva has been a contributor to the Dutch Financial Law Review (Tijdschrift voor Financieel Recht) since 2018, regularly publishing articles on various topics related to financial law.
