Eva Visser (partner) is an IT and data protection specialist. Within this niche, she has a broad expertise. She covers everything from IT sourcing, outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing and procurement to data protection, security, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and blockchain. She supports clients with advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes.

In the field of IT and privacy, Eva is an experienced, skilled arbitrator. She is affiliated as an arbitrator with the Dutch leading, independent centre for IT Conflict Management (SGOA).
