Evan focuses his practice on securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington County, Fairfax County, the city of Fairfax, and the city of Falls Church, among others. Evan advises clients on state and federal legislation and regulations that affect real estate development. He also assists clients with essential changes to local jurisdictions’ comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances. Evan’s clients include mixed-use project developers, large corporations, commercial property owners, small business owners, nonprofit organizations, and churches.
