Fabio Coppola focuses on corporate and commercial law and extraordinary transactions. He regularly works with private equity firms and corporations (both private and public) in connection with LBOs, M&A deals, joint ventures, sale and purchase of businesses and governance issues.

Career

Prior to founding TARGET, he was a partner at LMS Studio Legale and, in previous years, managing partner of Latham & Watkins, Milan office, and partner and member of the executive board at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. In 2000, he was a visiting attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (NY, USA).
