Fabrice specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and securities law. He regularly advises large industrial groups, prominent private equity firms and listed companies on all corporate aspects of public and private M&A and on corporate reorganizations. Fabrice has notably developed specific expertise in the Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Consumer Retail, Healthcare and Infrastructure business sectors.
