Faiz Ahmad

Practice Areas

Mr. Ahmad focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and Delaware law matters, advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and alternative asset managers in the U.S. and internationally. He also works extensively on the structuring of limited liability companies and other alternative entities, joint ventures, and other complex business arrangements. Mr. Ahmad is a member of Skadden’s governing body, the Policy Committee, leads Skadden’s Wilmington office, and serves on the Corporation Law Council of the Delaware State Bar Association.
