He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta, including the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Federal Court, as well as before various administrative tribunals, including the Alberta Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
