Career
Fausto began his career as a prosecutor in Broward County, Florida, where he handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from complex financial crimes to violent first-degree felonies. After trying dozens of cases and mastering his craft in the courtroom, he was awarded Board Certification in Criminal Trial Law by the State of Florida.
In 2013, Fausto transitioned to the world of commercial litigation, where he represented business entities and high net worth individuals, both foreign and domestic, in international fraud disputes. During his time as a partner at a prominent international litigation firm, he successfully corporate clients across various industries, including hospitality, retail, automotive, gaming, and finance.
In 2019, Fausto co-founded Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP, a law firm focused on providing a modern approach to business litigation focused on effectiveness and efficiency. At SFL, Fausto serves as Managing Partner and heads several of the firm's prominent commercial litigation cases.
