Fiona Lubett practices across all facets of commercial law in both State and Federal Courts throughout Australia. She holds a specific interest in contract law, competition and consumer law, arbitration and complex commercial disputes involving international law elements. Fiona possesses extensive experience appearing as lead counsel and as junior counsel in trails and applications within the Federal, Supreme and District Courts.
Having attained a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge Fiona also holds a Bachelor of Law (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University. Before entering the Bar, Fiona worked at Peters & Peters LLP in London. Additionally, she served as Associate to Justice Holmes (as her Honour then was) of the Queensland Court of Appeal.
Acknowledged in Doyle’s Guide, Fiona is recommended as junior counsel for Construction and Infrastructure, as well as Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Queensland.
