Foulques de Rostolan is a Partner in the Employment Law Practice group of Gide. He has extensive expertise in restructuring operations and transfers of undertakings (collective redundancies, voluntary departure plans, outsourcing, etc.), the management of collective work relations, variable remuneration plans (bonus plans, mandatory and optional profit-sharing agreements, stock option plans and free shares) and executive management issues.

He regularly assists clients with employment-related issues within the scope of corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, privatizations, etc.) and collective procedures (job preservation, turnaround, liquidation).

Finally, he maintains an important activity in employment-related litigation before all courts.
