Practice Areas

Her professional practice has been developed mainly in water law. She advises national and foreign companies in the development of hydroelectric, mining, agro-industrial and sanitary projects, among others. All of this, within the framework of the different procedures related to the obtaining and exercise of water rights before the General Water Directorate and the Environmental Evaluation Service. He also provides advice in the analysis, study and due diligence of various projects, participates in the design of strategies and defense in sanctioning processes instructed by the General Water Directorate or by the Superintendence of the Environment and has participated in the conventional or judicial formation of water users’ organizations.
