Personal

Franco is a partner of the Real Estate and Land Remediation and Titling Practice Area.

He has experience in development of urban and rural real estates, in processes of land acquisition for retail, mining and energy projects, including advice on technical and legal diagnosis of property, assessment and negotiation of land acquisition, legal clearing and applicable permitting. He has been involved in several projects of expropriation for the construction of highways over private and State-owned property.
