Former IRS chief counsel, IRS commissioner and treasury assistant secretary for tax policy, Fred Goldberg advises clients on a variety of complex tax administration matters, controversies and energy and infrastructure projects. He also serves as co-chair emeritus of Skadden’s global Pro Bono Committee and Diversity Committee. Mr. Goldberg advises clients as special tax counsel in large, complex and global tax controversy matters.
