Career
Frederico Crissiúma de Figueiredo is a distinguished criminal lawyer in Brazil, and has been sought after for complex white-collar and litigation cases for over 25 years. His extensive experience encompasses white-collar crimes, money laundering, corruption allegations, cross-border investigations, and various other aspects of the criminal spectrum. Among his clients are prominent national and international companies from sectors such as construction, pharmaceuticals, banking, food and beverages, and others.
He graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and is a member of the Criminal Committee of the Center for the Study of Law Firms (CESA).
Frederico has served two terms as State Counselor of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP) and was vice-president of the Selection and Registration Committee, as well as a member of the 4th Appeals Chamber and the Prerogatives Council. He also taught for several years in the postgraduate program in Economic Criminal Law at the Public Law Institute of São Paulo (IDP-SP). Furthermore, he has authored numerous legal articles published in journals. In addition to his professional practice, Frederico is highly regarded for his pro bono activities.
