Advice and litigation in all fields of IP, with focus on trademarks (including prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, customs seizures), advertising, unfair competition, anti-piracy, IT-related IP issues, contracts/licensing.
Gallus Joller manages global portfolios and has extensive experience in litigation. He has been involved in several landmark cases before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, notably on the protection and infringement of non-traditional trademarks and trade dress, as well as domain name disputes.

University of St. Gallen (lic. iur. 1995, Dr. iur. 2000); Max-Planck-Institute for IP in Munich (1998/1999); admitted to the Bar 2001; joined Troller Hitz Troller in 2001, Partner since 2006.
Gallus is the author of numerous publications on IP law and a frequent speaker on IP-related topics, notably at the congress and educational trainings of the Swiss Bar Association.
