Advises Landed Estates, farmers and rural businesses on all aspects of property ownership. Particular expertise in landowner led strategic promotion and development agreements, landowner collaboration and equalisation agreements, sales and purchases, green energy schemes, farming partnerships and other business structures. Also advise on the full range of tenancy agreements including minerals leases. Acts as the key contact for a number of our landed estate clients.

A farmers son who a grew up on a dairy and sheep farm in Herefordshire, before moving to a career as a lawyer acting for farmers and rural landowners. Gareth's family still farm meaning he keeps close to his farming roots.
