He elicits widespread praise from market observers and is known for handling large cross-border M&A in a range of sectors. He is also adept at advising lenders on a range of matters in the banking and finance practice including term loans and ECB work, as well as refinancing. Zomato in relation to its proposed acquisition of Paytm’s entertainment ticketing business to discover and purchase tickets for movies, sports and events (live performances) for approximately USD 244. Million.

American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) in the proposed sale of 100% of the equity interests in ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited, as held by ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary entity of ATC, to Data infrastructure Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust sponsored by an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management for USD 2.5 billion.

Tata Group on its USD 2.7 billion successful bid for Air India as part of the privatisation plan of the Government of India.

Bharti Infratel on USD 14.6 billion merger of Indus Tower with Bharti Infratel.

Brookfield on its USD 3.5 billion acquisition of telecom towers business from Jio Telecom (part of Reliance Group).

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited for setting up new platform in Singapore to fund smart metering projects with an affiliate of Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC.

ATC on its USD 1.1 billion acquisition of the Indian tower operations of Idea Cellular and Vodafone and USD 1.2 billion acquisition of Viom Networks.
