George Kennedy is a partner in the corporate group at Philip Lee.

George specialises in corporate transactions and advisory work, and has extensive experience in private equity, corporate M&A, investments and commercial contracts.

George regularly advises management teams, boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance matters, Companies Act compliance and directors’ duties.

Prior to joining Philip Lee, George led the corporate and commercial group in another leading Irish law firm, prior to which he trained and qualified with one of Ireland’s largest law firms.
