Mr. Caffera has vast experience in counseling national and international companies and banking institutions in diverse operations such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, financing, joint ventures, and complex agreements, among others, having specialized in Civil and Commercial Law. As an academic, he is a Professor of Private Law II and III (Duties/Liabilities and Contracts) at Universidad de la República, Uruguay at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
