Gillian has extensive experience advising clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious family law matters, including pre and post nuptial agreements, financial claims on divorce, financial claims following the breakdown of cohabitations, separation and co-habitation agreements as well as child residence, contact and relocation issues.

Gillian is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Family Law, an experienced Collaborative lawyer and a member of the Family Law Association in Scotland.
