Career
Gisèle Rosselle focuses on corporate and domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity project finance and capital market transactions.
She has represented and is representing numerous public and private businesses in M&A with a particular focus on clients and matters from the technology sector.
Gisèle obtained a Master of Laws degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) in 1992, a post-graduate diploma in EC Law (Diplôme des Etudes Approfondies en Droit Communautaire) from University d’Aix-Marseille III in 1993, a post-graduate diploma in International Trade Law from the University of European Studies in Turin in 1994, completed post-graduate studies in Arts Management from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) in 2001 and an Executive Master’s Degree from the INSEAD Business School in 2013.
Professional Memberships
Gisèle is a member of the IBA, ABA and the American Chamber of Commerce. She actively contributes to the IBA by having served as Chair of the Corporate and M&A Committee after having chaired the Private Equity Subcommittee. Gisèle is a regular speaker at M&A conferences and has authored numerous articles on M&A topics.
