Giuseppe Abbruzzese

Giuseppe coordinates the Real Estate Department. He is specialised in administrative law, with a focus on town-planning and building issues. He gained a remarkable experience in proceedings for the issuance of administrative authorizations and in drafting of real-estate contracts. He is constantly involved in deals related to the construction, management, buying and selling of shopping centres, offices, industrial complexes, residential buildings, hospitality structures and energy plants. He assisted primary clients in the most important transactions completed in Italy in recent years, including the assistance to Torre SGR in relation to the liquidation of Fondo UIU, the assistance to Partners Group for the establishment of the first Private Rent Sector Fund in Italy and the assistance to Vestas Asset Management in the acquisition of a new logistic building in Torrazza Piemonte.
