Giuseppe is co-head of the Real Estate Department. In Legance since 2007, Partner since 2013, Giuseppe is involved in administrative law, with a focus on town-planning and building issues. He gained a remarkable experience in proceedings for the issuance of administrative authorizations and in drafting of real-estate contracts. He is constantly involved in major deals related to the construction, management, buying and selling of shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes, residential buildings, hospitality structures and energy plants. He assisted primary clients in the most important transactions completed in Italy in recent years, including the sale of the Sole 24 Ore headquarter, designed by Renzo Piano, the acquisition of the new Dentons headquarter, the acquisition of 6 shopping centers and of the new logistic hub in Piedmont. The assistance to Partners Group and Investire SGR in launching their first and second private residential sector funds, the assistance to Prada Holding in the development of the former Scalo di Porta Romana in Milan.
