Having completed financings in the large-cap space down to the lower middle market, Glen has valuable insight into each party's perspective in virtually all of his deals. He has represented direct lenders and bulge-bracket investment banks as well as top-tier private equity sponsors, independent sponsors and various operating companies. His varied practice also includes international financings and those outside the acquisition context.

Financing transactions often require the ability to strike the right balance between a host of competing interests, including the need to find solutions effectively and efficiently.
