Grace is a Director, accredited mediator and highly experienced specialist lawyer, supporting clients across all areas of family law including divorce and separation, children and financial issues.
Grace is highly skilled in resolving family matters through both mediation and court proceedings, advising clients on non-court dispute resolution wherever appropriate. She specialises in advising on complex matters, with cases often involving significant financial assets and an international element.
After working in regional practices as an Associate Solicitor after qualifying, she then spent 18 years at a large Guildford-based firm, initially as an Associate, progressing to Partner. Grace joined Edward Cooke Family Law as Director in January 2025. She is highly regarded in the local area and is particularly recognised for her mediation and high-net-worth practice.
Grace advises clients on all aspects of family law, from facilitating non-court dispute resolution, to supporting clients to achieve the best outcome in high-conflict situations.
Grace has been an accredited mediator since 2017 and regularly conducts mediation and hybrid mediation, both online and in person.
