Gretchen Tucker

Career

Gretchen is Counsel, Head of Regulatory & Governance at BeesMont Law Limited. Prior to joining BeesMont Law in 2017, she worked at an international offshore law firm in Bermuda.

As a Bermuda and UK (non-practising) qualified barrister, clients benefiting from Gretchen's advisory practice include the commercial and technology sector, the medical sector, publicly-funded organisations and non-profits. She works closely with the firm's Corporate attorneys to advise commercial organisations on Bermuda regulatory considerations as well transactional employment and privacy issues arising from mergers & acquisitions, business re-organisations and strategic planning. Gretchen advises on the prudent oversight of data and communication systems as well as risk mitigation via operational supervision, vendor management and internal accountability protocols. She also supports Boards and executive teams engaging in crisis and change management and regularly advises on enterprise risk management, legislative interpretation and workforce changes.

Gretchen was a 2022 Bursary Awardee for the IAPP Global Privacy Summit Conference in recognition of her leadership in the privacy sphere.
