Guillaume Aubron advises on all aspects of French and EU competition law.
He has vast expertise in merger control cases, advising blue-chip clients on how to best navigate complex regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A transactions and conducting filings proceedings both before the French competition authority and the European Commission as well as in multijurisdictional filings.
He also has significant experience in behavioural matters, representing clients in public investigations and related jurisdictional challenges, at French and EU level, as well as in private litigation.
