Hannah acts on a wide range of complex private client matters, but has a particular expertise in high value, complex probate, often involving offshore assets. She also acts in a number of substantial philanthropy matters for wealthy individuals. As a result she acts for numerous Charities established by wealthy families who wish to create a lasting legacy in their local communities and for future generations. Hannah also has a specialist knowledge in acting for vulnerable beneficiaries and those in receipt of personal injury awards, setting up and administering trusts and making a number of complex applications to the Court of Protection including Statutory Will applications and Deputyship Orders.
Hannah has made a name for herself amongst local referrers and has presented at a number of events, invited to do so by accountants, IFAs and wealth managers from whom she receives a substantial amount of her work. In addition to this, Hannah is a full member of STEP and has edited the Incapacity section of Butterworths’ publication 'Wills, Probate and Administration Service' for fellow professionals. She has featured in the Citywealth Future Leaders 100 List for rising stars in the wealth industry in the past.
