Veteran senior junior barrister with experience of wide range of advocacy and advisory work in Public, Commercial, Employment and associated areas. Harini Iyengar usually appears in high-value, legally-complex cases in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment Appeal Tribunal, Upper Tribunal Administrative Appeals Chamber, First-tier Tribunal Information Rights, First-tier Tribunal Special Educational Needs and Disability, Employment Tribunal, and specialist disciplinary or regulatory tribunals.
