Career
Héctor graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), with postgraduate studies at Universidad Panamericana, and obtained a Masters of Law and a PhD from Tulane School of Law (2008). He also concluded the Executive Management Program at IPADE Business School.
He currently serves as Professor of Employment Law and Labour Relations at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and is Visiting Professor at UNAM and Chicago Kent College of Law.

Hector Gonzalez G. is an Officer in the Employment and Industrial Relations Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), and Member of the Editorial Board of the International Employment Lawyer (IEL), an independent information service dedicated to labor and employment law.
