More than 33 years of experience practicing law in Mexico, particularly in the area of Environmental Law, Water Law, Public Works and Litigation, focused primarily on industries and developments with relevant environmental impacts, providing legal assistance and representation for domestic and foreign companies doing business in Mexico. He also focuses on legal aspects of industries such as mining, chemicals, petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, railroads, food and beverages, real estate developments, hydraulic resources and infrastructure.

Active member of the Mexican Bar Association since 1990, Former President (February 2019-February 2021). Member of the IBA where he actively participates at SEERIL (2008 as of today).
