Henrik af Ursin is HPP's Intellectual Property Partner. He specialises in the identification, acquisition, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of questions related to IP, such as litigation, portfolio management, strategic planning and risk analysis, enforcement, brand protection, dispute resolution, trade secrets and know-how and domain names.
Henrik af Ursin also frequently advises his global and local clients regarding IP matters in transactions and in employment contexts as well as in regulatory and marketing law matters.
