Henrik Armah is a shareholder and Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's German Corporate group. He advises international and domestic clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate transformations. He specializes in cross-border transactions (buy side and sell side). Henrik’s clients include industry players as well as private equity firms, venture capitalists and strategic investors.
Henrik has significant experience and in-depth know-how in the life sciences, health care and TMT sectors, actively representing clients in these sectors since 2007.
