Mr. Henry - Hien Nguyen, is the Director of ATIM LAW FIRM. He has 20 years of legal practice focusing on corporate, foreign investment, M&A and dispute settlement. Henry has led an excellent corporate practice to successfully support clients, including multinational corporations, international private equity funds and state-owned companies, to set up their businesses in Vietnam, from business planning to business operation, as well as to handle M&A transactions or to settle corporate, commercial disputes. Henry has strong expertise in various industries such as FMCG, MLM, renewable energy, fintech, real estate, private equity.

Henry is also a visiting lecturer at many law schools in Vietnam, collaborates with VCCI in making comments, legal review on drafts of many laws, regulations of Vietnam, as well as cooperate with FBNC channel and other magazines.
