Holly Fechner advises clients on complex public policy matters that combine legal and political opportunities and risks. She crafts campaigns featuring comprehensive strategy development, legal and policy expertise, and advocacy services. Fechner manages teams that represent companies and organizations in significant policy and regulatory matters before Congress and the Administration, including high-profile bet-the-company challenges. She is a member of the firm’s Political Action Committee board of directors, co-chair of the Technology Industry Group, and a visiting lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
