Hugh Kowarsky has extensive transactional and litigation experience, covering aviation law, intellectual property, investment banking, financial services, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
As one of Israel’s leading IP experts, Hugh represents international and domestic clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and passing-off matters, with significant experience before the Israel Patent Office in both prosecution and opposition proceedings. He also negotiates technology transfer and licensing agreements, particularly in the life sciences and transportation sectors, providing ongoing counsel to research institutes, foreign airlines, and international transportation companies. Additionally, Hugh advises financial institutions and investment banks on regulatory issues related to banking, securities, and the enforceability of complex financial contracts.
